Currently, I offer Birthing From Within® childbirth preparation classes, private Yoga classes, Birth & Postpartum Doula Care and a variety of wellness services in Nanaimo, B.C. I welcome clients from Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Ladysmith, Chemainus and surrounding areas.

This site provides practical, up to date information to help you prepare for, enhance and adjust to the life changes you may experience both before and after your baby's birth.

My mission is two-fold:

• To be a guiding light for pregnant women & expectant dads as they prepare for and navigate through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
• To provide professional and wholesome service with the intention of helping clients to cultivate awareness, inner resources & experience personal freedom.
